The medical examination must be performed by a U.S. immigration office approved civil surgeon, who will complete the form and provide the results to the applicant.
They will need to be fully up to date with the required vaccines for their age. Kids 2 years and older are required to have a Tb blood test done during their exam. Please call our office for prices for kids and vaccine requirements since they do vary with age.
People of this age will need to have proof of vaccines for Tdap (with in the last ten years), Polio (at least one shot), MMR, Hepatitis B(at least one shot), in order to schedule. During their visit they will complete a TB blood test, Syphilis blood test, and a urine test for gonorrhea with the civil surgeon. These test are required to be done by the civil surgeon.
