As of November 2023 the medical exam is considered to be indefinitely valid, meaning you will not have to redo any testing completed in your initial exam. However, USCIS may request for an additional form to be submitted, if there has been changes of requirements for vaccines or testing since your previously completed medical exam. Another reason they may ask for you to submit a new I-693 could be that they have since released a new addition of the form. The most current form is Edition 01/20/2025 and is set to expire on 09/30/2027. Please call our office if you have further questions.
